Spirit Wear

AVAILABILITY

Not all spirit wear is always available for purchase! Because we have our supplier make spirit wear on demand certain items are only available occasionally during the school year. Some items can be back-ordered when they are out of stock.

  • At the beginning of each school year new spirit wear is sold at the Kindergarten Roundup and Meet the Teacher events.
  • At the beginning of each school year new spirit wear is also available online for a limited time.
  • A coupon code is available for Windermere Elementary School teachers and staff to get a discount on many spirit wear items. Ask at the front office!
  • At certain advertised times throughout the year spirit wear from the current year (and sometimes previous years as well) will be available for purchase in this website’s web store.

DELIVERY

Spirit wear is not shipped. Your order will be delivered to your child’s classroom once we receive it from our supplier. If you do not have a child enrolled at Windermere Elementary School or if school is not in session you will need to coordinate picking your order up at the school’s front desk.

BACK-ORDERS

Some of our products can be back-ordered. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for fulfillment of back-ordered items.

WEB STORE

Our web store is the only place to get spirit wear from past events and previous school years. Spirit wear inventory is limited after the start of each school year; we do not always make additional orders for items that are running out of stock. Items that can be back-ordered are clearly marked.
